sañcāriṇaḥ akhilāḥ — all the transient feelings; aviruddhaiḥ bhāvaiḥ — by feelings not hostile to them; api spṛṣṭāḥ — even when just touched.
aviruddhaiḥ bhāvaiḥ — अविरुद्ध भावों से; api — भी; sañcāriṇaḥ akhilāḥ — समस्त संचारी भाव; spṛṣṭāḥ — स्पृष्ट होते हैं।
Take all the sañcāri-bhāvas, the transient feelings. Even when they are only brushed by feelings that are not hostile to them —
समस्त संचारी भाव अविरुद्ध भावों से भी स्पृष्ट होते हैं। अर्थात् जो भाव उनके विरोधी नहीं हैं, उनसे भी वे छू लिए जाते हैं।
This is the fifth laharī, on sthāyi-bhāva; the verse argues why the sañcāris (transient / vyabhicāri feelings) cannot themselves be a sthāyi. L1 states the premise; L2 draws the conclusion.
यह पाँचवीं लहरी है, जो स्थायी-भाव पर है। यह श्लोक यह तर्क देता है कि संचारी (क्षणिक अथवा व्यभिचारी) भाव स्वयं स्थायी नहीं हो सकते। पहली पंक्ति आधार-वाक्य रखती है, दूसरी पंक्ति उससे निष्कर्ष निकालती है।

nirveda-ādyāḥ — the ones beginning with nirveda; vilīyante — dissolve; tataḥ — therefore; na arhanti sthāyitām — do not deserve permanence.
nirveda-ādyāḥ — निर्वेद आदि; vilīyante — विलीन हो जाते हैं; tataḥ — इसलिए; sthāyitām — स्थायित्व को; na arhanti — नहीं पाते।
these feelings, headed by nirveda, dissolve away. So they cannot qualify as a sthāyi-bhāva, the standing emotion that anchors a rasa.
निर्वेद आदि संचारी भाव विलीन हो जाते हैं। इसी कारण वे स्थायित्व के योग्य नहीं हैं। जो स्वयं लुप्त हो जाए वह स्थायी नहीं हो सकता।

Whatever a feeling dissolves on contact with would ordinarily be called hostile to it. To sharpen the point, Rūpa says they dissolve even when touched by feelings that are not hostile. Jīva flags that this is why the word is aviruddha, 'non-hostile.'
जिस भाव से स्पृष्ट होकर संचारी विलीन हो जाते हैं, वह भाव तो उनका विरोधी सिद्ध हो जाएगा। ऐसी विरुद्धता के प्रसंग से बचने के लिए ही "अविरुद्ध भावों से भी स्पृष्ट" कहा गया है।

The little 'a-' of aviruddha is not to be read where it stands. Jīva says it belongs elsewhere in the sentence — a displaced negation.

bhinna-krama: a recognized reading where a negating particle attaches not to the word it physically sits on but to another word in the sentence.

The model is the stock phrase asūryampaśyā rāja-dārāḥ, 'the king's wives who do not see [even] the sun' — where the 'not' really negates 'seeing the sun,' though it does not sit there. Read the verse the same way: shift the 'a-' onto spṛṣṭa. Now it says the sañcāris, untouched even by hostile feelings, dissolve all by themselves just from the passing of time. Mapping: the misplaced 'a-' here answers to the 'not' in the sun-phrase, and the word it truly negates is spṛṣṭa, 'touched.' The analogy proves only that a familiar idiom already displaces a negation, so doing it here is legitimate; it makes no claim about kings or wives.
जैसे "असूर्यम्पश्या राजदाराः" में 'अ' राजदाराओं से नहीं, सूर्य को देखने से जुड़ता है, वैसे ही यहाँ 'अ' का सम्बन्ध स्पृष्ट से है। तात्पर्य यह कि संचारी भाव किसी विरुद्ध भाव से अस्पृष्ट रहकर भी, केवल समय के अन्तराल से, अपने आप ही विलीन हो जाते हैं।

Viśvanātha sets up the verse: because the sañcāris beginning with nirveda stay only a short while, they have no permanence. To say this, Rūpa gives the verse beginning aviruddhaiḥ.
निर्वेद आदि संचारी भाव थोड़े ही समय तक ठहरते हैं, इसलिए उनमें स्थायित्व नहीं है। यही आशय "अविरुद्धैः" पद से कहा गया है।

yena spṛṣṭā līyante — जिससे स्पृष्ट होकर विलीन होते हैं; tasya — उसमें; viruddhatvam asti eva — विरुद्धता निश्चय ही है।
Whatever a feeling dissolves upon contact with is, by that very fact, hostile to it — Viśvanātha states it flatly.
जिस भाव से स्पृष्ट होकर संचारी विलीन हो जाते हैं, उस भाव में तो विरुद्धता निश्चय ही रहती है। इसलिए वह अविरुद्ध नहीं कहा जा सकता।

ataḥ — इसलिए; viruddhaiḥ api spṛṣṭāḥ iti — "विरुद्ध भावों से भी स्पृष्ट" ऐसा (अन्वय)।
So, Viśvanātha says, the word must really be read viruddhaiḥ, 'hostile' — the a- is stripped away. If whatever dissolves them is by definition hostile, the verse cannot literally mean 'non-hostile'; the negation has to move.
इसीलिए यहाँ "विरुद्ध भावों से भी स्पृष्ट" ऐसा पढ़ना चाहिए। अर्थात् 'अविरुद्ध' का 'अ' विरुद्ध से हटाकर पढ़ा जाता है।
He strips the a- from aviruddha and, as s4-s5 show, reattaches it to spṛṣṭa (→ aspṛṣṭāḥ).
विश्वनाथ 'अविरुद्ध' से 'अ' को अलग करते हैं और — जैसा आगे s4-s5 में दिखता है — उसे स्पृष्ट के साथ जोड़ देते हैं (जिससे 'अस्पृष्ट' बनता है)।

Viśvanātha closes with the same model, asūryampaśyā rāja-dārāḥ, 'the king's wives who do not see the sun' — the 'not' really negates 'seeing,' not where it sits. Read the verse that way: with the 'a-' moved onto spṛṣṭa, it means the sañcāris, untouched even by hostile feelings, dissolve all on their own merely through the passing of time. The idiom proves the displacement is legitimate grammar; nothing more.
