L1definition
ekadā vyaktim āpannāḥ pañca-ṣāḥ sarva eva vā |
ekadāwhen all at onceकिसी एक ही समय में, एक साथ
vyaktim āpannāḥhaving become manifest vyaktim (acc.) + āpannāḥ = 'come into manifestation'; subject is the sāttvika-bhāvas of 2.3.1जो प्रकटता को प्राप्त हो जाते हैं, अर्थात् एक साथ प्रकट हो उठते हैं (कर्ता — पूर्वोक्त सात्त्विक भाव)
pañca-ṣāḥfive or six of themपाँच या छह
sarve eva vāor indeed all of them together vā offers the second option; eva = 'all without exception'अथवा ('वा' शब्द से दूसरा विकल्प) सब के सब, बिना किसी अपवाद के ('एव' निश्चय दिखाता है)
ekadā — all at once; pañca-ṣāḥ — five or six, sarve eva vā — or indeed all; vyaktim āpannāḥ — having become manifest
This defines uddīpta, the topmost pitch of the sāttvika-bhāvas. It is reached when, all at once, five or six of them show themselves openly — or indeed every one of them together.
The lakṣaṇa (definition) verse for uddīpta ('blazing'), the fourth and highest degree of sāttvika intensity, capping dhūmāyita, jvalita, and dīpta earlier in the third laharī (2.3).

paramotkarṣam ārūḍhāḥ — climbed to the highest pitch; uddīptāḥ iti — as 'uddīpta'; kīrtitāḥ — are proclaimed
And once they have climbed to their very highest pitch, they are proclaimed 'uddīpta' — blazing.

nispandatāminto motionlessness (stambha) acc.; object of dhatte in the next lineनिश्चलता को, स्तब्ध-जड़ता को (अगली पंक्ति के 'धत्ते' का कर्म)
adya — now; svidyati — he sweats; vepate — he trembles; pulakibhir aṅgakaiḥ — with limbs bristling; nispandatām — motionlessness [which he then holds]
The illustration begins: right now he sweats, he trembles, his limbs stand on end with gooseflesh — and they fall into a frozen stillness.
An udāharaṇa of uddīpta (2.3.79): a single scene in which the whole set of sāttvika-bhāvas breaks out at once — here already sveda (sweat), kampa (trembling), romāñca (horripilation), and stambha (stunned stillness).

His eyes brim with tears that stand clustered in them, and he is drenched — overwhelmingly so, all over the yellow-robed Kṛṣṇa.
aśru (weeping). 'ambaka' = eye; the tears 'cluster' (stabaka) because they stand fixed in the eye like a bunch of blossoms — the very point the commentators unpack.

And on the spot, from separation from him, the people who live in Vraja faint away again and again. So the whole set has blazed out at once in one person — which is exactly what makes it uddīpta.
pralaya (loss of consciousness) — the last of the sāttvikas, completing the full set that defines uddīpta.
