keli-tātparyavatī eva — precisely the desire aimed at love-play; sambhoga-icchā-mayī bhavet — is the one made of longing for direct union; tat-bhāva-icchā-ātmikā — the one whose nature is the wish for that mood; tāsām — of those gopīs; bhāva-mādhurya-kāmitā — is the craving for the sweetness of the mood.
keli-tātparyavatī — जिसका तात्पर्य केलि में हो ऐसी (तृष्णा); eva — ही; sambhoga-icchā-mayī — संभोग (मिलन) की इच्छामयी; bhavet — होती है; tat-bhāva-icchā-ātmikā — उस भाव की इच्छास्वरूपा (दूसरी); tāsām — उन (नायिकाओं) की; bhāva-mādhurya-kāmitā — भाव-माधुर्य की कामना वाली।
There are two kinds of longing. The first is fixed on love-play itself; that one is made of the desire for direct union (sambhoga). The second has a different nature: it is the wish to have the mood, not the union. For those gopīs, that second longing is the craving to taste the sweetness of the sentiment itself.
यहाँ दो प्रकार की तृष्णा बताई जाती है। पहली — जिसका तात्पर्य केलि (प्रेम-क्रीड़ा) में हो, वह संभोग अर्थात् मिलन की इच्छामयी होती है। दूसरी — उन (नायिकाओं) की, जो केवल उस भाव की इच्छास्वरूपा होती है, अर्थात् भाव की माधुरी की कामना वाली होती है।
sambhoga (home meaning: erotic union, direct enjoyment; here: the nāyikā's desire for union with Kṛṣṇa) vs bhāva (the inner mood/sentiment). The verse contrasts wanting the union with wanting only the mood.
संभोग का मूल अर्थ है मिलन या साक्षात् आस्वादन; यहाँ इसका तात्पर्य है नायिका की कृष्ण से मिलने की इच्छा। इसके विपरीत भाव का अर्थ है भीतरी मनोभाव। यह श्लोक मिलन की चाह और केवल भाव की चाह — इन दोनों में अन्तर दिखाता है।

The word 'keli' also means that same union. And Jīva unpacks the compound bhāva-mādhurya-kāmitā: she in whom lies the craving for the sweetness of the mood — that is the woman the verse is naming.
'केलि' का अर्थ भी वही (संयोग) है। और भाव-माधुर्य की कामना जिस तृष्णा में हो, वह 'भाव-माधुर्य-कामिता' कहलाती है।

keliḥ api sa eva iti āha — to say 'keli too means that same union' he says: keli-tātparyavatī kriyā eva sambhoga-icchā-mayī bhavet iti arthaḥ — the meaning is, precisely the activity aimed at love-play is what is made of the longing for union.
keliḥ api sa eva — 'केलि भी वही है'; iti āha — यह कहते हैं; keli-tātparyavatī kriyā — जिसका तात्पर्य केलि में हो ऐसी क्रिया; eva — ही; sambhoga-icchā-mayī — संभोग की इच्छामयी; bhavet — होती है; iti arthaḥ — ऐसा अर्थ।
Viśvanātha spells out the first line. To make the point that 'keli' also means union, he supplies the word 'activity' (kriyā): the meaning is that precisely the activity aimed at love-play is the one made of the longing for direct union.
'केलि भी वही (संयोग) है' — यह कहने के लिए वे (मूल का यह पद) उठाते हैं। तात्पर्य यह है — जिसका तात्पर्य केलि में हो, ऐसी क्रिया ही संभोग की इच्छामयी होती है।
kriyā (Viśvanātha supplies this implied noun so the feminine adjective keli-tātparyavatī has something to modify — 'the activity/pursuit', i.e. this kind of loving pursuit).
'क्रिया' — विश्वनाथ यह अध्याहृत (छिपा हुआ) पद जोड़ते हैं, जिससे स्त्रीलिंग विशेषण 'केलि-तात्पर्यवती' को कोई विशेष्य मिल जाए — अर्थात् यह प्रेममयी क्रिया या प्रवृत्ति।

tat-tad-bhāva-icchā-ātmikāshe is 'tat-tad-bhāvecchātmikā' — one whose nature is the wish for that very moodउस-उस भाव की इच्छास्वरूपा
tāsām — of those gopīs; śrī-kṛṣṇena saha bhāva-mādhuryasya āsvādane kāmitā kāmanā yasyāḥ sā — she in whom lies the wish to savor, together with Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the sweetness of the mood; sā tat-tad-bhāva-icchā-ātmikā — she is the one 'whose nature is the wish for that mood'.
tāsām — उन (नायिकाओं) की; śrī-kṛṣṇena saha — श्रीकृष्ण के साथ; bhāva-mādhuryasya — भाव-माधुर्य के; āsvādane — आस्वादन में; kāmitā kāmanā — 'कामिता' अर्थात् कामना; yasyāḥ — जिसकी; — वह; tat-tad-bhāva-icchā-ātmikā — उस-उस भाव की इच्छास्वरूपा।
Viśvanātha unpacks the second type. For those gopīs, the craving is to savor the sweetness of the mood in company with Śrī Kṛṣṇa. The woman in whom that wish lies is the one the verse calls 'tad-bhāvecchātmikā' — whose very nature is the wish for that mood. Note that here the aim is to relish the sentiment alongside Kṛṣṇa, not union with him.
उन (नायिकाओं) की श्रीकृष्ण के साथ भाव-माधुर्य के आस्वादन में जो कामना ('कामिता' अर्थात् कामना) हो, वह तृष्णा 'तत्-तत्-भाव-इच्छात्मिका' कहलाती है।
