kecit — certain people; paricaryā-parāḥ — who have made service their whole aim; prāsādeṣu — in the temples; ca — and even; śerate — lie down / dwell
There are some devotees for whom personal service to the Lord is everything. They even lie down and sleep inside his temples. In other words, they live right there where the Deity is, to stay always near him. This is the first half of one sentence; the next line says why they do this.
Why cited: Cited as the second example of sakhya / bandhu-bhāva bhakti: devotees who live in the temple to be near the Lord and treat him as family.
prāsāda: in general Sanskrit a 'palace, mansion'; here it means the Lord's temple — his residence — which is why living there means living with him.

Why do they live in the temple? To see him and to deal with him as if he were an ordinary man — to be with him like family. They look at him and behave toward him the way you would toward a close relative: talking to him, sharing the day with him, treating him as one of their own. This intimacy — relating to the Lord as a familiar kinsman rather than a distant deity — is the friendship-and-kinship mood (sakhya / bandhu-bhāva) this verse is quoted to illustrate.
Why cited: Cited to show sakhya / bandhu-bhāva: seeing and interacting with the Lord 'as if human,' like a relative — the intimacy that marks the friendship mood.
vyāvahāra (from vy-ava-√hṛ): everyday dealing, ordinary give-and-take; here it names treating the Lord not with formal worship but with the plain back-and-forth of family life.
