tethey — my devotees nominative plural, subject picked up in L2वे (भक्तजन) — कर्ता, जिसका अन्वय अगली पंक्ति में होता है
sālokya-ādi-catuṣṭayamthe set of four — living on my planet (sālokya) and the rest sālokya + ādi 'and so on' + catuṣṭaya 'a group of four'सालोक्य आदि चार का समूह — सालोक्य ‘आदि’ (इत्यादि) से शेष तीन भी
te — my devotees; mat-sevayā — by serving me; pratītaṁ — attained; sālokya-ādi-catuṣṭayam — the four kinds of liberation beginning with sālokya
The Lord is speaking. He says: my devotees, simply by serving me, have already within their reach the four kinds of liberation — beginning with sālokya (living on the same planet as me), and so on. These four come to them on their own through service.
Why cited: Bhāgavatam 9.4.67; Vaikuṇṭha-nātha's words that a pure devotee refuses even liberation, adduced to characterize unmotivated (uttamā) bhakti.
sālokya-ādi-catuṣṭaya: the four liberations of Vaiṣṇava theology — sālokya (sharing the Lord's realm), sārūpya (a form like his), sāmīpya (nearness to him), and sārṣṭi (equal opulence). Sāyujya (merging) is usually excluded here as unwanted. 'ādi' packs the remaining three under the first.

They do not want even those four. The service itself has already made them completely full. So if they will not take these liberations, then how could they ever want anything else — anything that time simply sweeps away and destroys? Service alone is their fullness.
Why cited: Bhāgavatam 9.4.67; proof that the pure devotee, full through service alone, rejects both liberation and every perishable reward — the mark of unmotivated bhakti.

prāptaṁmeans 'attained, obtained' — what has come into their hands the gloss wordअर्थात् ‘प्राप्तम्’ (प्राप्त हुआ) — व्याख्या-शब्द
kālena viplutaṁand 'kāla-viplutam' means: carried off by time kālena instrumental 'by time', unpacking the compound‘काल से विप्लुत’ — काल के द्वारा (समास को खोलकर)
naṣṭamthat is, destroyed, gone the plain synonymअर्थात् ‘नष्ट’ — सीधा पर्याय
pratītaṁ — prāptaṁ (attained); kālena viplutaṁ — naṣṭam (destroyed by time)
Viśvanātha explains two words. First, 'pratītam' means simply 'attained' — the four liberations are already obtained. Second, 'kāla-viplutam' means 'destroyed by time' — he unpacks the compound as 'ruined by time,' that is, perishable.

anyat svargādikaṁ kuta icchanti ||
anyat'anything else' in the verse the lemma being glossed‘अन्यत्’ — जिस पद की व्याख्या की जा रही है
svarga-ādikaṁmeans heaven and the like — the ordinary perishable rewards svarga 'heaven' + ādi 'and so on'; the gloss wordअर्थात् ‘स्वर्ग आदि’ (स्वर्ग + आदि इत्यादि) — व्याख्या-शब्द
kutaḥ icchantifrom where would they want it? — that is, they never would kutaḥ 'whence' + icchanti 'they want'; rhetorical, expecting the answer 'nowhere'‘कहाँ से चाहेंगे’ (‘कुतः’ + ‘इच्छन्ति’) — प्रश्नार्थक, उत्तर अपेक्षित ‘कहीं से नहीं’
anyat — svarga-ādikaṁ (heaven and so on); kutaḥ icchanti — from where would they want (it)?
Viśvanātha now glosses 'anything else' as 'heaven and the like.' Then he reads the rhetorical question: from where would such devotees want heaven and its pleasures? The force is a denial — they would not want them at all. The devotees who refuse even liberation certainly have no wish for lesser, time-bound enjoyments.
