drāg-dor-maṇḍala-pīḍanoddhura-dhiyaḥ proddāma-vaijātyayā
drāg-dor-maṇḍala-pīḍanoddhura-dhiyaḥof Hari, whose mind runs bold and unchecked as he swiftly crushes her in the ring of his arms genitive; this and the other -sya / -taḥ forms all describe harer ('of Hari') in L4. drāk = 'swiftly', dor-maṇḍala = the circle of the arms, i.e. the embraceजिसकी बुद्धि शीघ्र ही भुजाओं के घेरे (आलिंगन) के कसाव के लिए उत्कट रहती है — ऐसे (हरि की)
proddāma-vaijātyayāwith Rādhā, whose forwardness (vaijātya) knows no bounds instrumental, agreeing with rādhikayā ('together with Rādhikā') in L4अत्यन्त उद्दाम विलक्षणता (प्रगल्भता) वाली (जिस राधिका के साथ)
drāg-dor-maṇḍala-pīḍanoddhura-dhiyaḥ — of Hari, whose mind is bold as he swiftly crushes her in his arms' embrace; proddāma-vaijātyayā — [united] with Rādhā of unbounded boldness.
Of Hari, whose mind runs bold and unchecked as he swiftly crushes her in the ring of his arms. And Rādhā's forwardness knows no bounds. Both lines are just piling up descriptions of the two lovers; the main verb comes only in L4.
An udāharaṇa of samprayoga — direct union (sambhoga), the counterpart to vipralambha (separation) — set up by the lead-in 'atha samprayogo, yathā' ('now union, as follows'). The verse pictures Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa's love-play in the bower. (Jīva, in his comment, treats the verse as a later insertion, not the author's own composition.)

nirbandhādbecause he will not be denied — out of sheer insistence ablative of causeआग्रह के कारण
adharāmṛtāni pibataḥof Hari, who drinks the nectar of her lips genitive present participle, still describing harer of L4; adharāmṛtāni (acc. pl.) is its objectअधरों के अमृत को पीते हुए (हरि की)
sītkāra-pūrṇāsyayāwith Rādhā, whose mouth is full of the hiss of pleasure (sītkāra) instrumental with rādhikayā; sītkāra is the inhaled 'sīt' sound of love-playजिसका मुख सीत्कार से भरा हुआ है — ऐसी (राधिका के साथ)
harer ... nirbandhād adharāmṛtāni pibataḥ — of Hari who, out of insistence, drinks the nectar of her lips; sītkāra-pūrṇāsyayā — with Rādhā whose mouth is full of the sound 'sīt'.
Out of sheer insistence he drinks the nectar of her lips. And her mouth, all the while, is full of the hiss of pleasure, the sound 'sīt'.

kandarpotsava-paṇḍitasya maṇiatir ākrānta-kuñjāntayā
kandarpotsava-paṇḍitasyaof Hari, a past master at the festival of Kāma (kandarpotsava) — expert in love's art genitive, describing harer of L4कामोत्सव (रति के उत्सव) में निपुण (जिस हरि की)
maṇitair ākrānta-kuñjāntayāwith Rādhā, whose love-murmurs (maṇita) overran the whole inside of the bower instrumental with rādhikayā; maṇitaiḥ is the instrument of the overrunning — the bower is filled 'by her love-sounds'जिसने अपने रति-कूजनों (मणितों) से कुंज के भीतरी भाग को व्याप्त कर दिया — ऐसी (राधिका के साथ)
kandarpotsava-paṇḍitasya — of Hari, past master of the festival of Kāma; maṇitair ākrānta-kuñjāntayā — with Rādhā, who overran the whole inside of the bower with her love-murmurs.
Of Hari, a past master at the festival of Kāma. And Rādhā's love-murmurs overran the whole inside of the bower.
The printed mūla shows 'maṇiatir' — read maṇitaiḥ ('by [her] love-murmurs'). Viśvanātha's text gives the equivalent word bhaṇita here and glosses it surata-dhvani, 'the sounds of love-making' (see his s3).

sārdhaṁ rādhikayā harer nidhuvana-krīḍā-vidhir vardhate ||
sārdhaṁ rādhikayātogether with Rādhikā sārdham + instrumental = 'together with'; all the instrumental descriptions above hang on this wordराधिका के साथ
harerof Hari — the one whose love-play it is genitive; the subject-possessor of the rite, and the anchor of every -sya / -taḥ description aboveहरि का (यही इस क्रीड़ा का स्वामी, और ऊपर के सभी विशेषणों का आधार)
nidhuvana-krīḍā-vidhirthe whole rite of love-play (nidhuvana) — the act of union itselfरति-क्रीड़ा का विधान (सुरत-लीला)
vardhategrows and mounts higher — reaches its heightबढ़ता (वृद्धि को प्राप्त होता) है
sārdhaṁ rādhikayā — together with Rādhikā; harer nidhuvana-krīḍā-vidhir — Hari's whole rite of love-play; vardhate — mounts and grows.
And so Hari's whole rite of love-play with Rādhikā mounts and grows to its height. This is the main clause the verse has been building toward; everything before it was describing the two lovers.

tatra — here; samprayogo yathā ity ārabhya drāg dor-maṇḍala ity ādikaṁ — the stretch running from 'samprayogo yathā' through 'drāg dor-maṇḍala…'; śrīmadbhir grantha-kārair aprakaṭitam api — though not put forward by the revered author himself; kenāpy utthāpitam — was inserted by someone; iti jñeyam — so one should understand.
Jīva makes this a text-critical note. The stretch from 'samprayogo yathā' through the verse 'drāg dor-maṇḍala…' was not actually set down by the revered author, Rūpa Gosvāmī. Someone else raised it up and inserted it here. Understand it that way.

anantaram eva hi sva-mataṁ vakṣyate vidadhānām ity ādi ||
anantaram eva hifor right after this, in fact hi = 'for', giving Jīva's reason; eva = 'right, immediately after'क्योंकि इसके ठीक अनन्तर ही
sva-mataṁ vakṣyatethe author will state his own view(ग्रन्थकार) अपना मत कहेंगे
vidadhānām ity ādiin the passage that begins 'vidadhānām…''
anantaram eva hi — for immediately after; sva-mataṁ vakṣyate — the author states his own view; vidadhānām ity ādi — in the passage beginning 'vidadhānām…'.
Here is Jīva's reason. Right after this the author gives his own view, in the passage that begins 'vidadhānām…'. So the inserted 'drāg' verse is not the author speaking in his own voice — his real statement comes next.

Viśvanātha sets the dramatic scene. Kundalatā asks Vṛndā, 'What is the news in the bower?' Vṛndā answers with this verse, 'drāk…'. So he reads the whole verse as Vṛndā's report of what she saw.
