kadācit paurṇamāsī svayam eva — once Paurṇamāsī herself; śrī-rādhāṁ prasādya — having pacified Rādhā; abhisārya — having led her to the tryst; śrī-kṛṣṇena saha saṅgamayya — having united her with Kṛṣṇa; dūrāt latā-randhreṇa keliṁ paśyantī — watching the love-play from afar through a gap in the vines; tasyāḥ nitya-sthitim āśāste — prays for its eternal continuance; sāsūyeti — with 'sāsūya…'.
Viśvanātha sets the scene. Once, Paurṇamāsī herself pacified Śrī Rādhā — coaxing her out of her sulking māna — led her out to the tryst, and united her with Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Then, from a distance, watching their love-play through a gap in the creepers, she prays that this play may go on forever. That is why the verse opens with 'sāsūya…'.
Paurṇamāsī is the elder gopī who arranges and safeguards the pastimes; here she is both matchmaker and hidden witness.

asūyā śrī-kṛṣṇasya guṇe doṣāropaḥ |
asūyāasūyā [the jealous edge in the verse's sāsūya]असूया
śrī-kṛṣṇasya guṇeonto a virtue of Śrī Kṛṣṇa locative: the site where the fault is fastenedश्रीकृष्ण के गुण में — सप्तमी, जहाँ दोष टिकाया जाता है
doṣāropaḥis the fastening of a fault (doṣa-āropa) — taking something good and construing it as a flawदोष का आरोप
asūyā — asūyā; śrī-kṛṣṇasya guṇe doṣa-āropaḥ — is the imputing of a fault onto a virtue of Kṛṣṇa.
Viśvanātha defines asūyā: it is fastening a fault onto one of Kṛṣṇa's own virtues — taking something genuinely good in him and twisting it into a grievance. That jealous, faultfinding turn is the 'sāsūya' coloring her talk.
āropa = superimposition: the fault is not really there; it is projected onto a merit.

samatsarāṇīti matsaraḥ pratināyikāyā guṇe dveṣaḥ ||
samatsarāṇītias for the word 'sa-matsarāṇi' in the verse — pratīka: he lifts the word to gloss it'समत्सराणि' इस पद को (प्रतीक रूप में उठाकर)
matsaraḥmatsaraमत्सर
pratināyikāyā guṇetoward a virtue of the rival heroine (pratināyikā) locative/genitive: the merit that is begrudgedप्रतिनायिका के गुण में — जिस गुण से डाह होती है (सप्तमी/षष्ठी)
dveṣaḥis resentment, hostilityद्वेष
sa-matsarāṇi iti — as to 'sa-matsara'; matsaraḥ pratināyikāyāḥ guṇe dveṣaḥ — matsara is resentment toward a virtue of the rival heroine.
And on 'sa-matsarāṇi': matsara is resentment aimed at a virtue of the rival heroine, the pratināyikā. So the two jealousies are a matched pair — asūyā twists Kṛṣṇa's own merit into a fault, while matsara begrudges a merit in the other woman.
pratināyikā = the rival heroine — the co-lover against whom the jealousy is directed.
