anyatra yojana-śaktiḥis the power of fitting it in under cover of something else anyatra = 'elsewhere'; yojana = 'fitting, applying' — saying one thing while pointing at anotherअन्यत्र जोड़ देने की शक्ति (anyatra = किसी और बात में; yojana = जोड़ना, लगाना — एक बात कहते हुए दूसरी ओर संकेत करना; यही नर्म का लक्षण है)
sva-pāṇḍitya-ādinā — by one's own cleverness and so on; sva-māhātmyaṁ anyatra yojana-śaktiḥ — the power of working one's own greatness in under another guise
Jīva first names the mechanism. By his own wit, a joke has the power to slip one's own greatness into the talk sideways: you seem to speak of one thing while really flagging your own worth.

bhaṅgyā mām īdṛśaṁ yuvānaṁ kā vā na bhajatīti vyañjanayā tādṛśa-sva-māhātmyasya prakṛtam ity arthaḥ ||
bhaṅgyāby the sly, roundabout turn of phrase instr.; bhaṅgi = an oblique, hinting way of speakingवक्र (टेढ़ी, संकेतमयी) कहन के द्वारा (bhaṅgi = घुमा-फिराकर कही गई बात)
mām īdṛśaṁ yuvānaṁ kā vā na bhajati itinamely the hint, 'what woman would not love a young man like me?' the unspoken sentence the tease implies; kā vā = 'what woman indeed'"मुझ जैसे युवक को भला कौन स्त्री न भजेगी?"
vyañjanayāby suggestion — the power of hinting an unsaid sense instr.; vyañjanā is the word-power that conveys what the literal words only implyव्यञ्जना के द्वारा (वह शब्दशक्ति जो शब्दों के सीधे अर्थ से परे संकेतित भाव को पहुँचाती है)
tādṛśa-sva-māhātmyasya prakṛtamhis own greatness of that kind is what is really the topic gen.
iti arthaḥthat is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
bhaṅgyā vyañjanayā — by the sly phrasing, through suggestion; mām īdṛśaṁ yuvānaṁ kā vā na bhajati iti — 'what woman would not love a youth like me?'; tādṛśa-sva-māhātmyasya prakṛtam — his own such greatness is the real point; iti arthaḥ — that is the meaning
The joke's real cargo, Jīva says, rides on suggestion. Beneath 'why is your cheek blooming if you are angry?' lies the hint: 'what woman could not love a youth like me?' So what the tease is really putting forward is Kṛṣṇa's own irresistible greatness. That is the meaning.
vyañjanā, 'suggestion,' is the third word-power in Sanskrit poetics — after the literal abhidhā and the figurative lakṣaṇā — conveying an unstated sense that the surface words only hint at. Here the literal tease carries the unspoken boast beneath it.
