muñcan mitra-kadamba-saṅgam abhajann apy utsukāḥ preyasīr
muñcan[Hari,] letting go of, walking out onछोड़ते हुए (मित्रों का साथ त्यागकर)
mitra-kadamba-saṅgamthe company of his whole troop of friendsमित्रों के समूह का संग
abhajann apiand not even courting [them] api concessive here — he passes them by even as they long for him; Viśvanātha strengthens abhajan to 'did not want them at all'यद्यपि उन्हें नहीं भजता (नहीं चाहता) तो भी
utsukāḥ preyasīḥhis dear beloveds, longing though they are [for him]उन प्रेयसियों को, जो उसके लिए उत्कण्ठित हैं
mitra-kadamba-saṅgam muñcan — leaving the company of his troop of friends; utsukāḥ preyasīḥ abhajann api — not even courting his beloveds though they long for him.
Look — he has walked out on the whole crowd of his friends. His other sweethearts are aching for him, and he doesn't so much as turn to them.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of garva, 'pride' — the vyabhicāri-bhāva that the lead-in and Jīva define as anya-helana, slighting everyone else. The lead-in fixes its cause here: 'sa saubhāgyena', pride born of good fortune — of being the one specially beloved. Viśvanātha names the speaker: it is Viśākhā, teasing Śrī Rādhā in her bower-house, pointing out how Kṛṣṇa hangs at her door while she, drunk on her own favor, will not glance at him.

And here he is — Hari himself, standing at your very door, his eyes glued to the side of your face, just waiting.

makara-kuṇḍala: a stock ear-ornament shaped like the makara, the sea-monster that is also Kāmadeva's emblem. She is absorbed in her own adornment.

garvaḥgarva (pride) [is]गर्व है
garvaḥ — garva; anya-helanam — is the slighting of another.
Jīva defines it in three words: garva is anya-helana — treating everyone else as beneath notice.
helana: making light of, disregarding, holding cheap. The mark of garva is not a feeling one has but a slight one gives — the proud person's coolness toward all others.

Viśvanātha sharpens the verb: 'abhajan' does not just mean he wasn't paying his beloveds attention — it means he had no wish for them whatsoever. His whole want is fixed on Rādhā.
'अभजन्' का अर्थ है — उन्हें बिलकुल न चाहता हुआ; केवल पास से निकल जाना नहीं, बल्कि उन प्रेयसियों की कामना ही नहीं करता।

bibboko’yam ||
bibbokaḥ ayamthis [whole show] is bibbokaयह बिब्बोक (हाव) है
ayam bibbokaḥ — this is bibboka.
Viśvanātha names the gesture: all of this is bibboka.
bibboka is a technical hāva (a woman's love-gesture in the poetic manuals): feigned indifference or cold disregard toward the very thing she cherishes, done out of pride. That is exactly Rādhā here — thrilled that Kṛṣṇa waits at her door, yet coolly refusing to look. So Viśvanātha reads garva's inner slighting as surfacing outwardly in the hāva of bibboka.
