gotra-skhalanena'by the slip of the name' — which he now spells out: the lemma from L1 he is about to unpack'नाम की भूल के कारण' — (L1 का यही पद जिसे वे खोलते हैं)
he priye śyāmale iti śrī-kṛṣṇa-kartṛka-sambodhanenanamely, by Kṛṣṇa's addressing her 'O beloved Śyāmalā' — Śyāmalā being another woman's name instrumental restating the slip; kartṛka = 'done by' Kṛṣṇa; the offense is calling one lover by another's name'हे प्रिये श्यामले' इस प्रकार श्रीकृष्ण के द्वारा किए गए सम्बोधन के कारण (एक प्रिया को दूसरी के नाम से पुकारना ही वह अपराध है)
antaḥ khinnā apithough pained deep within api concessive; antaḥ = 'inside', stressing the hurt is inwardभीतर ही भीतर व्यथित होने पर भी (अन्तः = भीतर, यह पीड़ा भीतरी है)

nāndīmukhī paurṇamāsīm āha — Nāndīmukhī tells Paurṇamāsī; gotra-skhalanena — the 'slip of the name' is; he priye śyāmale iti śrī-kṛṣṇa-kartṛka-sambodhanena — Kṛṣṇa's address 'O beloved Śyāmalā'; antaḥ khinnā api — though inwardly stung; avahitthayā — by hiding it; śālīna-bhāvaṁ sauśīlyam — she showed śālīna-bhāva, that is, graciousness.
Viśvanātha first names the voices: it is Nāndīmukhī speaking to Paurṇamāsī. Then he pins down the 'slip of the name': Kṛṣṇa addressed her as 'O beloved Śyāmalā' — Śyāmalā being someone else. Though stung within, she used avahitthā to hide it, and put on sauśīlya, graciousness — and that, for Viśvanātha, is what śālīna-bhāva means here.
avahitthā is the technical vyabhicāri-bhāva of concealing one's real emotion. Note the two commentators do not agree on śālīna-bhāva: Jīva reads it as mṛdu-ceṣṭā (gentle conduct), Viśvanātha as sauśīlya (graciousness); the decode leaves both standing side by side.
