goṣṭheśvarī — the queen of the cowherd village (Yaśodā); āryā — noble; ced — if; muhuḥ — again and again; mayi — on me; ativatsalā — is exceedingly fond; kiṁ tataḥ — so what of that?
Grant that Yaśodā, the noble queen of Vraja, dotes on me again and again. So what of it?
āryā and goṣṭheśvarī are taken together as one referent, the venerable mistress of the cowherd station, i.e. Yaśodā.

vṛndāvanaṁ — Vṛndāvana; vaikuṇṭhāṭavi-maṇḍalī-vijayī — outdoing the whole ring of forests of Vaikuṇṭha; ced — if; tena kiṁ — what of that?
Grant that Vṛndāvana outshines every forest-realm of Vaikuṇṭha. What of that?
vijayī (masc.) stands adjectivally with neuter vṛndāvanaṁ — a poetic license; sense is 'the conqueror / surpasser of'.

patiḥthe lord — Kṛṣṇaपति (प्रियतम)
piñcāvataṁsī — peacock-crested; patiḥ — the lord (Kṛṣṇa); umā-vrata-phalaṁ — the fruit of the vow to Umā; atra — here; na ced dīvyati — if he does not play; [then all the goods above are worthless]
But if the peacock-crowned lord — the very fruit of our vow to Umā — does not play here, then none of it counts. Everything conceded above hangs on this one line.
umā-vrata: the Kātyāyanī vow the gopīs kept to win Kṛṣṇa as husband; Kṛṣṇa himself is its 'fruit'.
