The verse — decoded
L1example
vraja-rāja-kumāra mā kṛthāḥ
vraja-rāja-kumāraO prince of Vraja, O son of Vraja's king vocative — the offended gopī turns and addresses Kṛṣṇa directly; vraja-rāja 'the king of Vraja (Nanda)' + kumāra 'the young prince'हे व्रज के राजा (नन्द) के कुमार!
mā kṛthāḥdo not put on, do not keep up prohibitive mā + aorist kṛthāḥ (√kṛ); its object waits in L2मत करो — यह निषेध है, और इसका कर्म अगली पंक्ति में आता है
he vraja-rāja-kumāra — O prince of Vraja; mā kṛthāḥ — do not put on [what follows in L2].
The sulking gopī rounds on Kṛṣṇa. 'O prince of Vraja,' she says, 'stop putting it on.' The 'do not' (mā kṛthāḥ) hangs open here — what he should stop doing comes in the next line.
An udāharaṇa of priyāparādha-nirbheda accomplished vācā, 'by speech' — the first of its three modes (speech, dress, gesture) named in kārikā 261 (v179). priyāparādha-nirbheda, 'exposing the beloved's offense', is the third variety of narma, the love-charged banter of the kaiśikī vṛtti: the heroine reproaches her lover and holds his fault up to him. Here she does it purely through her words, as the lead-in 'tatra vācā, yathā' marks.

stuti-mudrābhir analpa-cāturīm |
stuti-mudrābhiḥwith these tokens of praise, these flattering gestures instrumental plural, the means of his display; stuti 'praise, flattery' + mudrā 'seal, token, showy gesture'स्तुति की मुद्राओं के द्वारा — प्रशंसा के दिखावटी हाव-भावों से, जिनसे वह अपना कौशल दिखाता है
analpa-cāturīmsuch no-small cleverness, all this elaborate slyness accusative, the object of mā kṛthāḥ (L1); analpa 'not little' = considerable + cāturī 'cleverness, cunning'बहुत-सी (कम नहीं) चतुराई — यही 'मत करो' का कर्म है
stuti-mudrābhiḥ — with your flattering tokens of praise; analpa-cāturīm — such considerable cleverness; [mā kṛthāḥ, L1] — do not keep up.
Now the 'do not' gets its object. Do not keep up all this considerable cleverness (analpa-cāturī) with your flattering praises. She sees through the showy compliments — they are just slyness dressed up as devotion, and she tells him to drop it.

animitta-viśaṅkitena te
animitta-viśaṅkitenawhich frets and worries though there is no cause for it instrumental, agreeing with vacasā (L4); animitta 'without cause, groundless' + viśaṅkita 'alarmed, apprehensive' — his guilty nervousness betrays itselfबिना कारण शंकित (घबराए हुए) — जो वचन के साथ लगता है; इसी घबराहट से उसका छिपा दोष स्वयं खुल जाता है
te — your; animitta-viśaṅkitena — groundlessly anxious; [vacasā, L4] — by [your] speech.
She names what has given him away: his own speech, which is anxious over nothing (animitta-viśaṅkita). He keeps nervously reassuring her as if there were no fault — but that very fretting, over a cause he pretends does not exist, is what exposes the offense. The line sets up 'by your speech' in L4.

vacasāhaṁ guruṇāsmi bodhitā ||
vacasāby [that] speech of yours instrumental, the means of the 'instruction'; picks up te + animitta-viśaṅkitena from L3वचन के द्वारा — यही 'सिखाने' का साधन है; यह L3 के 'ते' और 'अनिमित्त-विशंकित' को अपने साथ लेता है
ahamI [for my part]मैं
guruṇāas if by a guru — and by speech so weighty instrumental agreeing with vacasā; śleṣa on guru: 'a teacher' and 'weighty, grave' — his anxious talk has 'taught' her, and it comes on grand and heavyगुरु के द्वारा — यहाँ श्लेष है: एक ओर 'शिक्षक, गुरु', दूसरी ओर 'भारी, गम्भीर'; तेरे घबराए वचन ने ही मुझे सिखाया, और वह बड़ा भारी-भरकम होकर आता है
asmi bodhitāI have been fully instructed, set straight periphrastic perfect passive, bodhitā (fem., √budh caus.) + asmi — sarcastic: the 'lesson' she has taken is his guiltबोध करा दी गई हूँ (सिखा दी गई हूँ) — व्यंग्य: जो 'पाठ' मैंने सीखा वह तेरा अपराध ही है
aham — I; te vacasā (L3) animitta-viśaṅkitena (L3) guruṇā — by your groundlessly-anxious, weighty speech, as though by a guru; bodhitā asmi — have been fully instructed.
The barb lands. 'By that anxious speech of yours,' she says, 'I have been thoroughly instructed — as if by a guru.' It is pure sarcasm: his guilty over-talking has taught her exactly what he was hoping to hide. Note the pun on guru — it means both 'a teacher' and 'weighty, grave'; his flustered speech comes on all solemn and instructive, and she throws the word back at him. The whole verse is her exposing his fault (priyāparādha-nirbheda) with nothing but words — the speech-mode instance the kārikā promised.
guru carries a double sense: 'a teacher, guru' and 'heavy, weighty, grave'. She calls his flustered, over-earnest speech her 'guru' — it has schooled her in his guilt — while also mocking how grandly heavy he makes it sound.
he vraja-rāja-kumāra, stuti-mudrābhiḥ analpa-cāturīm mā kṛthāḥ; te animitta-viśaṅkitena guruṇā vacasā aham bodhitā asmi.
O prince of Vraja, son of Nanda — stop keeping up all this elaborate cleverness with your flattering shows of praise! For by that very speech of yours, anxious over a fault you pretend is not there, I have already been thoroughly schooled — instructed as though by a weighty guru. Your own nervous, over-earnest words have taught me exactly what you were trying to hide.
An udāharaṇa of priyāparādha-nirbheda accomplished vācā, 'by speech' — the first of its three modes (speech, dress, gesture) set out in kārikā 261; the angry gopī exposes Kṛṣṇa's offense with words alone, playing on guru as both 'teacher' and 'weighty'.
