vrajeśvara-sutasya kaḥ paravadhūvinoda-kriyā-
vrajeśvara-sutasyaof the Vraja-king's son — Kṛṣṇa, whose 'virtue' is the topic genitive; vraja-īśvara = the lord of Vraja (Nanda), suta = son — points to whose guṇa is being 'praised'व्रज के अधिपति (नन्द) के पुत्र (कृष्ण) का — जिसका यह 'गुण' बखाना जा रहा है
kaḥwho? — rhetorical, 'is there anyone who…' nominative subject of avaiti (L2), set up for the sarcastic 'who does not know'कौन (मनुष्य) — 'कौन नहीं जानता' इस व्यंग्य के लिए रखा गया कर्ता
paravadhū-vinoda-kriyā-of his sport of toying with other men's wives para-vadhū = another man's wife; vinoda = amusement, dalliance; kriyā = the act — the compound runs on into L2, describing guṇamपराई स्त्री के साथ विनोद (क्रीड़ा) की क्रिया — यह समास आगे L2 के गुणम् तक चलता है
kaḥ — who; vrajeśvara-sutasya — of Kṛṣṇa, the Vraja-king's son; paravadhū-vinoda-kriyā-… — of his sport of dallying with other men's wives — [describing the guṇam of L2].
Jaṭilā is speaking, in the fourth act, and she is laughing with open sarcasm. She names the son of the Vraja-king — Kṛṣṇa — and his sport of toying with other men's wives. She is winding up to call this very thing a 'fine quality.' Praise and blame are about to be turned inside out.
An udāharaṇa of guṇātipāta, the sandhy-aṅga defined at 170: guṇātipāto vyatyasta-guṇākhyānam udāhṛtaḥ — 'guṇātipāta is declared to be the stating of qualities in inverted form,' that is, dressing a fault up as a merit (or a merit as a fault). Cited from the fourth act (yathā caturthe), spoken by Jaṭilā, who laughs sarcastically (solluṇṭhaṁ vihasya) and speaks in Sanskrit. Her whole 'praise' of Kṛṣṇa is ironic, which is exactly the inversion the lakṣaṇa names.

praśasti-bhara-bhūṣitaṁ guṇam avaiti nāsya kṣitau |
praśasti-bhara-bhūṣitaṁdecked out with a heavy load of fame praśasti = renown, glory; bhara = load, abundance; bhūṣita = adorned — accusative, describing guṇam; ironic, since the 'fame' is notorietyकीर्ति के भार (प्रचुरता) से विभूषित — गुणम् का विशेषण; व्यंग्यमय, क्योंकि यह 'कीर्ति' तो कुख्याति है
guṇamthe 'virtue' — his fine quality accusative, object of avaiti; meant sarcastically — the 'quality' is his adulteryगुण को (कर्म, अवैति का कर्म) — व्यंग्य से कहा गया, यह 'गुण' तो उसका परस्त्रीगमन है
avaitiknows, graspsजानता है
nanot — 'who does not know…'
kṣitauon earth — anywhere in the world locative of place: everyone everywhere knows itपृथ्वी पर — सप्तमी, स्थान की; सब लोग सर्वत्र यह जानते हैं
kṣitau — on earth; kaḥ — who; asya — his, Kṛṣṇa's; paravadhū-vinoda-kriyā-praśasti-bhara-bhūṣitaṁ guṇam — 'virtue' decked in the heavy fame of dallying with other men's wives; na avaiti — does not know?
Who on earth, she asks, does not know this 'virtue' of his — a quality decked out in a fat load of fame? Every word is loaded. The adultery is the 'quality'; its notoriety is the 'glory' adorning it. She states a plain fault in the dress of a merit, and that reversal is guṇātipāta itself.
Why cited: the frame of the udāharaṇa of guṇātipāta (170): the vyatyasta-guṇākhyāna, the 'inverted statement of qualities' — Jaṭilā names Kṛṣṇa's scandal as his renowned guṇa, praising the fault as though it were his crowning virtue.

yad eṣa rati-taskaraḥ pathi nirudhya sādhvīr balāt
yadfor — seeing that, since gives the ground of the mock-praise: 'a virtue indeed — for he…'
eṣathis fellow — Kṛṣṇa nominative, contemptuous 'this one'यह — तिरस्कारपूर्ण 'यह (आदमी)'
rati-taskaraḥthe love-thief — a robber of women's virtue rati = love-pleasure; taskara = thief — the epithet is itself a mock 'title'रति (प्रेम-सुख) का चोर — यह उपाधि स्वयं एक बनावटी 'पदवी' है
pathion the road — where he ambushes them locative of placeमार्ग में — सप्तमी, स्थान की
nirudhyahaving waylaid them, blocked their way gerund; sets up the main deed of L4रोककर — क्त्वान्त; L4 के मुख्य कर्म की भूमिका बनाता है
balātby force ablative used adverbially: against their willबलपूर्वक — पंचमी क्रियाविशेषण की भाँति: उनकी इच्छा के विरुद्ध
yad — for; eṣa rati-taskaraḥ — this love-thief; sādhvīḥ — chaste wives; pathi — on the road; balāt — by force; nirudhya — having waylaid them.
And here comes her 'proof' of his greatness. For this love-thief — she gives him the mock title outright — waylays chaste wives on the road, blocks their way, and by sheer force. The praise is all irony; she is really laying out the crime, act by act.
Why cited: the ground-clause of the udāharaṇa of guṇātipāta (170): the yad-clause spelling out the deed being 'praised' — the very fault (waylaying chaste women by force) that Jaṭilā holds up as Kṛṣṇa's celebrated guṇa, so the inversion of praise and blame is laid bare.

tadīya-kuca-kuṭmale karajam oṁ namo viṣṇave
tadīya-kuca-kuṭmaleon the bud of their breast tadīya = belonging to them (the waylaid wives); kuca = breast; kuṭmala = bud — locative, where the mark is leftउन (रोकी गई स्त्रियों) के स्तन रूपी कली पर — सप्तमी, जहाँ चिह्न छोड़ा जाता है
karajama nail-scratch — a fingernail mark [he plants] kara-ja = 'born of the hand,' a nail-mark; accusative object of an implied verb of placingनख-चिह्न (हाथ से उत्पन्न, नखक्षत) को — रखने की किसी अध्याहृत क्रिया का कर्म, द्वितीया
oṁ namo viṣṇave'Oṁ, obeisance to Viṣṇu!' — her mock benediction the pious formula quoted in sarcasm: she 'worships' the very deed she is exposing'ॐ विष्णु को नमस्कार' — व्यंग्य में उद्धृत पवित्र मन्त्र: जिस कर्म को वह उघाड़ रही है उसी की मानो 'पूजा' करती है
eṣa [L3] — he; tadīya-kuca-kuṭmale — on the buds of their breasts; karajam [dadhāti] — plants a nail-mark; oṁ namo viṣṇave — 'Oṁ, homage to Viṣṇu!'
…and plants a nail-scratch on the buds of their breasts. Then the sting: 'Oṁ, obeisance to Viṣṇu!' She caps the whole indictment with a pious benediction. The nail-mark she dresses up as a holy mark, the assault as the Lord's own act, and the crime as an occasion for worship. Praise and blame are now perfectly reversed — guṇātipāta carried to its point.
Why cited: the close of the udāharaṇa of guṇātipāta (170): the mock benediction 'oṁ namo viṣṇave' completes the vyatyasta-guṇākhyāna — Jaṭilā salutes the exposed misdeed as if it were the Lord's glory, the sharpest turn of the inverted 'praise' the lakṣaṇa defines.

Who on earth does not know this fine 'virtue' of the Vraja-king's son — a quality decked out in the heavy fame of his sport of toying with other men's wives? For this love-thief waylays chaste wives on the road, blocks their way by sheer force, and plants a nail-scratch on the buds of their breasts — Oṁ, obeisance to Viṣṇu!
An udāharaṇa of guṇātipāta, the sandhy-aṅga defined at 170 (vyatyasta-guṇākhyāna, 'stating qualities in inverted form'): quoted from the fourth act, spoken by Jaṭilā laughing in open sarcasm (solluṇṭhaṁ vihasya) in Sanskrit — her mock 'praise' of Kṛṣṇa dresses his supposed fault as his celebrated merit and caps it with a pious benediction, the very reversal of praise and blame the lakṣaṇa names.
