hṛl-lālasā-vallarīthe creeper of heart's longing — the craving that climbed and grew like a vine (the thing that bore fruit) hṛt (heart) + lālasā (longing) + vallarī (creeper); nominative subjectहृदय की लालसा-रूपी लता — हृत् (हृदय) + लालसा (उत्कट अभिलाषा) + वल्लरी (लता); यही कर्ता है
lalite — O Lalitā; śvāphalkeḥ hṛl-lālasā-vallarī — the creeper of Śvāphalki's heart's longing; saphalībabhūva — has borne fruit.
O Lalitā, Śvāphalki's — Akrūra's — creeper of heart's longing has borne fruit. Akrūra had one craving: to carry Kṛṣṇa off on his chariot to Mathurā. That craving climbed and spread like a vine, and now it has flowered into fruit — his wish is fulfilled. These are Rādhā's own words, spoken aloud in her sleep.
An udāharaṇa of svapna, 'the dream,' the sandhy-aṅga defined just before in nc.8.9: svapno nidrāntare kiñcij jalpitaṁ paricakṣate, 'svapna is said to be some talking uttered in the midst of sleep.' Quoted from the seventh act (saptame, 7.10), spoken by Nava-vṛndā. The first two lines report Rādhā's sleep-talk itself — the words she cries out in a dream to Lalitā about Kṛṣṇa's departure on Akrūra's chariot — and the last two are Nava-vṛndā's own frame around that dream-speech.

rathārohaṇammounting the chariot — climbing up to depart ratha + ārohaṇa; object of urarīcakreरथ पर चढ़ना — रथ + आरोहण; उररीचकरे का कर्म
hā dhik — alas, for shame; paśya — look; ayam murāntakaḥ — this Kṛṣṇa, slayer of Mura; rathārohaṇam urarīcakre — has agreed to mount the chariot.
Alas — for shame! Look, Lalitā: this Kṛṣṇa, the slayer of Mura, has consented to climb up onto the chariot. He is agreeing to leave. In her dream Rādhā watches the very moment of the departure to Mathurā and cries out against it. With this the sleep-talking is complete: these two lines are exactly the kiñcij jalpitam — the scrap of speech uttered in sleep — that the definition in nc.8.9 named svapna.
Why cited: the dream-speech proper — Rādhā's sleep-cry that instances the 'talking uttered in sleep' of the svapna definition (nc.8.9).

Hearing your sleep-talk run on like this, Rādhā — cluster upon cluster of piteous notes, like blossoms bunched thick along a stem — I stood and listened. Now Nava-vṛndā speaks the frame: she was at Rādhā's side through the night and caught every plaintive word. The image in stavakita, literally 'gathered into flower-clusters,' paints the moans as coming thick and unbroken.

And I think, O slender Rādhā, that the night itself wept along with you — hiding its tears under the pretense of falling frost. The cold dew that came down was really the night's own weeping, disguised. So heartbreaking was your dream-cry that even the night could not hold back its grief.
The last line is an utprekṣā, a poetic fancy: the poet imagines the night's falling dew to be its tears. It measures the pathos of Rādhā's sleep-talk — the dream-cry so piteous that even the night seems to weep in sympathy — and so completes the udāharaṇa by showing the emotional force of the svapna it illustrates.
