rādhāparādhiniO you who wrong Rādhā — he calls the night itself an offender against her vocative feminine, addressing the personified night; rādhā + aparādhinī 'one who offends'हे राधा के प्रति अपराध करने वाली (रात्रि)!
muhuḥagain and again — over and overबार-बार
tvayiagainst you — you are the one it would be done to locative marking the target of the deedतुझ पर, तेरे विरुद्ध — इसी कर्म का लक्ष्य
yatwhatever [cruel deed] there is relative neuter, picked up by akhilām in L2जो कुछ (आगे L2 के अखिलाम् से समेटा जाता है)
na śastaṁis not fit to be done — improper, cruel, unspeakable na + śasta 'praised, approved'; 'not commendable'जो प्रशंसनीय नहीं, अर्थात् जो निन्दनीय है — न + शस्त 'प्रशंसित, अनुमोदित'
rādhāparādhini — O you who wrong Rādhā; tvayi — against you; muhuḥ — again and again; yat na śastaṁ — whatever is not fit to be done.
Kṛṣṇa rounds on the night of death and threatens it to its face. 'You who wrong Rādhā again and again — whatever cruel thing ought never be done to anyone...' He does not name death softly; he calls the night itself an offender against his beloved. The sentence carries over into the next line.
An udāharaṇa of daṇḍa — 'chastisement, threatening' — the fourth of the four expedients (sāma, dāna, bheda, daṇḍa) treated in this vibhāga. Kārikā 132 (nc.7.8) defined it: daṇḍa is the threatening of the ill-behaved and such 'by glance and by word' (dṛṣṭyā śrutyā ca tarjanam). Here Kṛṣṇa, enraged, threatens the personified night of death — the intro sets the scene: 'Kṛṣṇa, arrogantly: You wicked one!' From the second act (2.28) of the drama being illustrated.

akhilāṁthe whole of it — every bit of that cruelty accusative, resuming yat from L1 (agreeing with an understood 'deed')वह सब (कुछ) — L1 के 'यत्' को समेटते हुए, समझे गए 'कर्म' से अन्वित
gurur eṣa khedaḥso heavy is this grief of mine — it is grief this great that drives him guru 'heavy, great'; eṣa 'this'; kheda 'pain, grief'यह शोक बहुत भारी है — गुरु 'भारी, महान्'; एष 'यह'; खेद 'पीड़ा, शोक'
yat na śastaṁ [L1] akhilāṁ kartuṁ śakṣyāmi — whatever is not fit to be done, all of it I shall be able to do; gurur eṣa khedaḥ — so heavy is this grief.
'...all of it I shall be able to do to you.' There is no atrocity he would hold back from. Then the reason: 'So heavy is this grief of mine.' It is the sheer weight of his pain that makes him capable of any cruelty against the night that threatens Rādhā. This is the threatening — daṇḍa — in the character's own voice.

lupta-dharmāwith all law and decency cast off — she keeps no rule lupta 'destroyed' + dharmā 'right conduct'; nominative describing the nightधर्म को त्याग चुकी, मर्यादाहीन — लुप्त 'नष्ट' + धर्मा 'सदाचार'; रात्रि का वर्णन करता कर्ता-पद
iyam — this [night]; lupta-dharmā — with all decency cast off; sarvāṅgilā — with her whole body; abhidhāvati — comes charging.
Now the threat collapses into helplessness, and he turns to speak to Rādhā about the attacker. 'This one has cast off all law and decency, and with her whole body she comes charging.' Death is pictured as a lawless woman rushing headlong. The subject and its object are named in the last line.

mukti-kāla-rajanī — the night that is the hour of death; tvāṁ — at you; abhidhāvati [L3] — comes charging; bata kiṁ kariṣye — alas, what shall I do?
'The night that is the very hour of your passing bears down on you — alas, what can I do?' The bluster of a moment ago is gone. He could threaten death with any cruelty, yet he cannot stop it from reaching Rādhā. So the daṇḍa-speech ends not in triumph but in a helpless cry.
mukti-kāla-rajanī: mukti here is not liberation-as-goal but the euphemism for death — 'the hour of release, of departing.' The night is personified as that fatal hour come in the shape of a lawless woman. Note the shift of address across the verse: in L1–L2 Kṛṣṇa threatens the night to its face (tvayi, 'against you'), then in L3–L4 he turns to Rādhā, describing the night in the third person (iyam, 'this one') as it rushes at her (tvām, 'at you').

You who wrong Rādhā again and again — whatever cruel thing ought never be done to anyone, all of it I could bring myself to do to you, so crushing is this grief of mine. And yet — this one, casting off all law and decency, hurling her whole body forward, this night that is the very hour of death comes charging straight at you, my Rādhā: alas, what can I do?
