santu bhrāmyad-apāḍga-bhaṅgi-khuralī-khelābhuvaḥ subhruvaḥ
santulet them be — granted, may they stand as they are 3rd pl. imperative of √as, concessive — 'fine, let them exist'; sets up the 'but' of L2भले ही वे रहें (√अस् की लोट्, अनुमति के भाव में — 'रहें तो रहें'; L2 के 'परन्तु' की भूमिका बाँधता है)
bhrāmyad-apāḍga-bhaṅgi-khuralī-khelābhuvaḥwho are the playing-fields where the fencing-drill of curving, roving sidelong glances is practised bahuvrīhi describing subhruvaḥ; apāḍga = apāṅga, the corner-of-eye glance; khuralī = a weapons-practice ground — the eyes drill like bladesजिनके घूमते हुए कटाक्षों की टेढ़ी चितवन ही अस्त्र-अभ्यास की रणभूमि की क्रीड़ा-स्थली है (बहुव्रीहि, 'सुभ्रुवः' का विशेषण — आँखें मानो तलवारों की भाँति अभ्यास करती हैं)
subhruvaḥthese fair-browed beauties nom. pl., the subject 'let them be'वे सुन्दर भौंहोंवाली स्त्रियाँ (कर्ता — 'रहें')
santu — let them be; subhruvaḥ — the fair-browed beauties; bhrāmyad-apāḍga-bhaṅgi-khuralī-khelābhuvaḥ — [they] who are the grounds for the drill of curving, roving glances.
Fine — let them be, these lovely-browed women whose roving sidelong glances play like a swordsman's practice-drill. Kṛṣṇa grants his beloved the point that other beauties surround him.
This verse is an udāharaṇa (illustrative example) of sāma — the pleasing, conciliatory speech that shows one's own heart follows the other (svānuvṛtti-prakāśanam) — the sandhy-aṅga defined in the preceding kārikā (129). It is Kṛṣṇa's speech from Lalita-Mādhava, act 10 (10.10); the lead-in 'priye maivaṁ bravīḥ' — 'beloved, do not speak thus' — shows he is soothing a slighted lover.

svasti syān madirekṣaṇe kṣaṇam api tvām antarā me kutaḥ |
svastiany well-being, a moment's peaceकल्याण / कुशल
syātcould there ever be optative of √as, paired with kutaḥ into a rhetorical question = 'there could be none'हो (√अस् की विधिलिङ्, 'कुतः' के साथ मिलकर आलंकारिक प्रश्न बनता है = 'हो ही नहीं सकता')
madirekṣaṇeO you whose eyes are wine, intoxicating oneहे मादक नेत्रोंवाली!
kṣaṇam apieven for a single moment api = 'even' — not one instantएक क्षण भी (अपि = 'भी' — एक क्षण के लिए भी नहीं)
tvām antarāapart from you, once you are gone antarā + acc.
mefor meमेरा (षष्ठी)
kutaḥfrom where — nowhere at allकहाँ से?
madirekṣaṇe — O intoxicating-eyed one; tvām antarā — without you; me — for me; kṣaṇam api — even a moment; svasti — well-being; kutaḥ syāt — whence could there be?
But O intoxicating-eyed one — without you, how could I have even a moment's peace? Nowhere. So the concession of the first line turns: the others are nothing without her.

Look at the sky. Even when it is clasped by the glow of the moon, ringed round with a whole host of stars — the line holds its breath; the 'yet' lands in L4.

The whole verse is one extended analogy (dṛṣṭānta) in service of sāma. The sky is Kṛṣṇa's own life; the moonlight ringed with stars is the crowd of fair-browed beauties (the subhruvaḥ of L1); and the śrī of Rādhā — the very beloved he addresses — is the one splendour without which all the rest gives no radiance. Naming her 'Vṛṣabhānu's daughter' inside the simile turns the praise straight onto the woman he is speaking to. This is what makes the speech sāma: it is pure conciliation, showing that his heart follows hers alone.

An udāharaṇa illustrating sāma — the conciliatory speech that shows one's heart follows the other's (svānuvṛtti-prakāśana), the sandhy-aṅga defined in the preceding kārikā; Kṛṣṇa's words from Lalita-Mādhava 10.10, soothing a slighted Rādhā by an extended sky-analogy that names her the one indispensable splendour.
