āloke kamaleṣaṇasya sajalāsāre dṛśau na kṣame
āloke kamaleṣaṇasyaat the sight of the lotus-eyed one (Kṛṣṇa) — when it comes to looking upon him āloke locative of the occasion, "in the seeing of"; kamala-īkṣaṇasya genitive, "of the lotus-eyed one" (paired with kuraṅgī-dṛśaḥ, "doe-eyed," for Rādhā in L4)कमल-से नेत्रों वाले (कृष्ण) को देखने के अवसर पर
sajalāsāre dṛśauher two eyes, pouring down a very flood of tears sa-jala-āsāra, "having a downpour of water," a bahuvrīhi in the feminine dual agreeing with dṛśau, the two eyesआँसुओं की झड़ी से भरे हुए दोनों नेत्र
na kṣameare not able — they cannot bear to look upon him negated finite verb; the eyes, blinded by their own tears, are not up to the seeing(देखने में) समर्थ नहीं हैं
kamaleṣaṇasya āloke — at the sight of the lotus-eyed one; sajalāsāre dṛśau — her two eyes, flooding with tears; na kṣame — are not able [to look].
When Kṛṣṇa, the lotus-eyed one, is there to be seen, her two eyes cannot manage even to look at him. They pour down such a flood of tears that they are blinded by their own weeping.
An udāharaṇa of ādāna — 'the seizing, the gathering-up of the objective' (lakṣaṇa at 6.95, kārikā 103: ādānaṁ kārya-saṅgrahaḥ). Spoken by Nava-vṛndā, gazing at Rādhā ('hanta hanta!') in the eighth act of the same play: Kṛṣṇa has come at last after a long parting, so the longed-for union — the kārya — is now within grasp, the very moment the drama takes it up.

And when it comes to embracing him, her arm fails her too. That vine-like arm has the strength for it — but see, it goes utterly rigid, seized by stambha, the numbing paralysis that comes over the body in a rush of feeling. Strong as it is, it cannot close the embrace.

vighnaḥbecame an obstacle, a hindrance predicate nominative with babhūvaविघ्न (बन गई)
kuraṅgī-dṛśaḥfor the doe-eyed one (Rādhā) kuraṅgī ("doe") + dṛś ("eyed"), genitive; answers kamaleṣaṇasya, the lotus-eyed one, in L1मृगनयनी (राधा) की
kuraṅgī-dṛśaḥ — for the doe-eyed one; kāpi vṛttiḥ babhūva — some state past all naming came over her; saṅgamanaye vighnaḥ — and became an obstacle to the very effecting of union.
So for the doe-eyed Rādhā some indescribable condition took hold — and, of all things, it became an obstacle to the very union she longed for. Kṛṣṇa has finally come; the objective (kārya) is right there to be seized; yet her overwhelmed senses momentarily stand in its way. This is the udāharaṇa of ādāna: the point where the play's objective — the lovers' union — is taken up and secured.
The verse illustrates ādāna, 'the seizing of the objective' (kārya-saṅgraha): the kārya here is saṅgama, the union of the lovers, and Kṛṣṇa's long-awaited arrival is the moment the action takes that objective up. Rādhā's three faculties failing in turn — eyes, arms, voice — are the sāttvika signs of that union brimming to its consummation, the strange 'vṛtti' that even obstructs it.

When the lotus-eyed one has come at last to be seen, her two eyes, brimming over with a flood of tears, cannot even look at him; her creeper-slender arm, though it has strength enough — mark it! — goes rigid, seized by a deep numbing stambha, and cannot close the embrace; and her voice, when a reply is called for, choked and broken by sobs, is simply not up to it, now that he stands before her after so long. Some indescribable state came over the doe-eyed Rādhā — and, of all things, it turned into an obstacle to the very union she longed for.
An udāharaṇa of ādāna, 'the seizing of the objective' (kārya-saṅgraha; lakṣaṇa at 6.95): spoken by Nava-vṛndā in the eighth act of the same play, it shows the kārya — the lovers' saṅgama — taken up at Kṛṣṇa's long-awaited arrival, while Rādhā's senses, overwhelmed to failing, momentarily stand in its way.
