nirupama-mahima-dhurāṇāṁ jagatī-durbodha-bhāvānām |
nirupama-mahima-dhurāṇāṁof those who bear a greatness beyond compare gen. pl., bahuvrīhi; nirupama 'without a like,' mahiman 'greatness,' dhura 'the yoke, the load one carries' — so 'those who shoulder a matchless greatness,' the foremost in glory. This genitive governs hṛdayaṁ in L2, along with the two that followजिनकी महिमा अनुपम है और जो उस भार को वहन करते हैं — अर्थात् जो अतुलनीय महत्ता के धुरन्धर हैं; इन (महापुरुषों) का — यह षष्ठी आगे L2 के हृदयम् से जुड़ती है
jagatī-durbodha-bhāvānāmwhose inner moods the world can hardly make out gen. pl., bahuvrīhi; jagatī 'the world,' durbodha 'hard to understand,' bhāva 'feeling, inner state' — their bhāvas are beyond the world's grasp. Second genitive in the series describing the same great soulsजिनके भाव समस्त जगत् के लिए दुर्बोध हैं — जिनके अन्तःभाव को संसार समझ ही नहीं पाता; इन्हीं (महापुरुषों) का — दूसरी षष्ठी, उसी महात्मा का वर्णन
nirupama-mahima-dhurāṇāṁ jagatī-durbodha-bhāvānām [hṛdayam] — [the heart] of those who bear a matchless greatness, whose inner moods the world can scarcely fathom.
The verse piles up who these beings are. First, they carry a greatness that has no equal — they are the foremost in glory. Second, their inner life, their moods and feelings, is something the ordinary world simply cannot make out. Two descriptions so far, both leading up to a single question that the second line will ask.
An udāharaṇa of the kathodghāta, the prologue-device defined in kārikā 4.14 (ref 23): a character enters onto the stage having picked up the sūtradhāra's speech — or its sense — where it matches his own part of the story. Quoted here from the Hari-vilāsa. The verse is the kind of general reflection a prologue-speech offers, whose words an entering actor then takes up as his own cue.

lokottara-caritānāṁ hṛdayaṁ ko jñātum īśati ||
lokottara-caritānāṁwhose deeds rise above the world gen. pl., bahuvrīhi; loka-uttara 'surpassing the world, extraordinary,' carita 'conduct, deeds.' The third and last genitive, completing the description of the great soulsजिनका आचरण लोकोत्तर है — जिनके कर्म संसार से परे, असाधारण हैं; इन (महापुरुषों) का — तीसरी और अन्तिम षष्ठी, उसी महात्मा-वर्णन को पूर्ण करती हुई
hṛdayaṁthe heart — what none can know acc. sg., object of jñātum; the one thing the three genitives all point atहृदय को — वह एक ही वस्तु जिसकी ओर तीनों षष्ठियाँ संकेत करती हैं; जानने का कर्म
kowho? kaḥ, nom. interrogative; the question is rhetorical — the expected answer is 'no one'कौन — यह प्रश्न आलंकारिक है, जिसका अभीष्ट उत्तर है 'कोई नहीं'
jñātumto know, to fathom infinitive, completing īśatiजानने में — तुमुन् (क्रिया), जो ईशति की पूर्ति करती है
īśatiis able, has the power 3 sg. of √īś 'to be master of, be able'; 'who has the power to…'
lokottara-caritānāṁ hṛdayaṁ kaḥ jñātum īśati — who is able to know the heart of those whose deeds rise above the world?
Now the third description and the point of the whole verse. Their deeds too are lokottara — beyond anything the world does. And then the question: who could possibly know the heart of such beings? It is a rhetorical question; the answer is no one. Matchless in greatness, unfathomable in mood, transcendent in deed — the inner heart of these great souls lies past anyone's power to know.
nirupama-mahima-dhurāṇāṁ jagatī-durbodha-bhāvānāṁ lokottara-caritānāṁ [teṣāṁ mahātmanāṁ] hṛdayaṁ kaḥ jñātum īśati
nirupama-mahima-dhurāṇāṁ jagatī-durbodha-bhāvānāṁ lokottara-caritānāṁ (महापुरुषाणां) hṛdayaṁ jñātum kaḥ īśati?
Who has the power to know the heart of those who bear a greatness beyond compare, whose inner moods the world can scarcely make out, and whose deeds rise above all the world does? No one.
