atra — here in this nāyaka; lālitya-audāttyayoḥ — of gracefulness and nobility; vyaktā — plainly on display; adhikaḥ — and running to excess; śobhā-bharaḥ — is the mass of splendor.
In this nāyaka — Kṛṣṇa — the splendor of two qualities is unmistakable: lālitya, tender grace, and audātya, lofty nobility. And it is not merely present; it is there in excess, more than in any other hero.
lālitya and audātya are two recognized guṇas of the dramatic hero. Classical nāṭya-śāstra splits them across hero-types — audātya (grandeur, magnanimity) marks the dhīrodātta hero, lālitya (delicacy, sweet playfulness) the dhīra-lalita. Rūpa's point is that Kṛṣṇa is not one type or the other: both crown him at once. 'atra' points back to kārikā 2.2, where Kṛṣṇa was declared guṇādhika, richer in qualities than every nāyaka named.

tena — for that reason; eṣaḥ nāyakaḥ — this very hero; śṛṅgāra-uttara-nāṭake — in a drama where śṛṅgāra rasa predominates; yuktaḥ — is the fitting choice.
So the conclusion follows. Because grace and nobility both crown him, this is exactly the hero for a nāṭaka whose ruling mood is śṛṅgāra — the amorous rasa. A play built on love needs a lead in whom both charm and dignity shine, and Kṛṣṇa is that lead.
śṛṅgāra-uttara-nāṭaka: a drama in which the śṛṅgāra rasa is 'uttara' — uppermost, the dominant rasa the whole play is built to serve. The kārikā matches hero to genre: the double abundance of lālitya and audātya is precisely what an amorous drama demands of its nāyaka.
atra lālitya-audāttyayoḥ vyaktā adhikaḥ śobhā-bharaḥ (asti); tena eṣaḥ nāyakaḥ śṛṅgāra-uttara-nāṭake yuktaḥ (asti).
In this hero the abundant splendor of both lālitya, tender grace, and audātya, lofty nobility, stands plainly on display, and it runs to excess, beyond what any other hero shows; and for that very reason this hero is the fitting choice for a nāṭaka in which śṛṅgāra, the amorous rasa, is uppermost.
Rūpa's defining kārikā matching hero to genre: because both lālitya and audātya crown Kṛṣṇa in excess, he is the fitting nāyaka for a śṛṅgāra-predominant nāṭaka.
