ṣaṭ-triṁśad-bhūṣaṇaiḥand with the thirty-six bhūṣaṇas — the ornaments, the embellishing features of the dramaऔर छत्तीस भूषणों से
yutam[the nāṭaka is] endowed with [these] accusative neuter, agreeing with nāṭakam carried over from the earlier kārikāsयुक्त होता है — (वही नाटक, जिसका वर्णन पूर्व कारिकाओं में चला आ रहा है)
yutam — [the nāṭaka is] endowed; sandhyantara-ekaviṁśatyā — with the twenty-one sandhyantaras; ṣaṭ-triṁśad-bhūṣaṇaiḥ — and with the thirty-six bhūṣaṇas (the ornaments).
The definition of the nāṭaka goes on. It is furnished with the twenty-one sandhyantaras — the sub-limbs that fall between the junctures of the plot — and with the thirty-six bhūṣaṇas, the ornaments that embellish the drama.
bhūṣaṇa at home means "ornament, jewel"; in dramaturgy it names a fixed set of embellishing features of a play — here counted as thirty-six. sandhyantara likewise is technical: the intermediate members reckoned within the sandhi-scheme of the plot, counted here as twenty-one.

It is joined, too, with the patākā-sthānas — the moments that flag the coming subordinate plot — and moreover, likewise, with the upekṣepakas, the interludes that bring the matter of the plot in and carry it forward.
patākā at home means "banner, flag"; in dramaturgy it is the subordinate, supporting plot, and a patākā-sthānaka is a place in the play where that sub-plot is signalled beforehand. upekṣepaka (upa-kṣepa, "a casting-in, a hint") names the explanatory interludes that introduce or advance the plot's matter.
[nāṭakam] — [the drama, the subject carried over from the earlier kārikās]; sandhyantara-ekaviṁśatyā — with the twenty-one sandhyantaras (the sub-limbs that fall between the junctures, sandhi, of the plot); ṣaṭ-triṁśat-bhūṣaṇaiḥ — and with the thirty-six bhūṣaṇas (the ornaments that embellish the drama); yutam — [is] furnished; patākā-sthānakaiḥ — with the patākā-sthānas (the spots where the coming subordinate plot, patākā, is flagged in advance); yuktam — [is] joined; atha — and moreover; tathā — likewise; upekṣepakaiḥ — with the upekṣepakas (the interludes that hint in and carry forward the matter of the plot).
The drama, further, is furnished with the twenty-one sandhyantaras — the sub-limbs that fall between the junctures of the plot — and with its thirty-six bhūṣaṇas, the ornaments that embellish it; and it is joined, too, with the patākā-sthānas, the moments that flag the coming subordinate plot in advance, and moreover, likewise, with the upekṣepakas, the interludes that bring the plot's matter in and carry it forward.
Rūpa's own defining kārikā (lakṣaṇa) of the nāṭaka, continuing the running enumeration of its constituent members: here it counts in the twenty-one sandhyantaras, the thirty-six bhūṣaṇas, the patākā-sthānas, and the upekṣepakas.
