dvidhācomes in two kinds adv.
saḥ — that prema (love); dvidhā — is of two kinds; māhātmya-jñāna-yuktaḥ ca — one joined with knowledge of his greatness; kevalaḥ ca — and one that is pure and unmixed; iti — so.
That prema comes in two kinds. The first goes together with knowing his greatness: the devotee loves Kṛṣṇa and is also aware of how great and powerful he is. The second is kevala, the pure kind: love on its own, with no sense of his greatness mixed in — only his sweetness is felt. So the love is twofold.
māhātmya-jñāna — home sense 'knowledge of greatness/majesty'; here it names the awareness of Kṛṣṇa's power and grandeur (aiśvarya). When this awareness colors the love, the love is māhātmya-jñāna-yukta; when it drops away and only sweetness (mādhurya) is felt, the love is kevala ('pure, alone').

Once more he turns to the very same prema he has been describing. Now he tells us its two kinds. He does this in the verse that begins with the word 'māhātmya…'. Quoting that first word is his way of pointing to which verse he means.

kevalo mādhurya-mātra-jñānam ukta ity arthaḥ ||
kevalaḥas for the word 'kevala' (the second kind, the 'unmixed' one) the lemma being explained'केवल' (जिस पद का अर्थ किया जा रहा है)
mādhurya-mātra-jñānamit means knowing his sweetness and nothing else (no awareness of his greatness alongside) compound: mādhurya + mātra 'only' + jñānaकेवल माधुर्य का ज्ञान (मात्र माधुर्य का बोध)
uktaḥis what the verse is speaking of past part., predicate of kevalaḥकहा गया है
iti arthaḥthat is the sense of it closes the glossऐसा अर्थ है
kevalaḥ — the word 'kevala'; mādhurya-mātra-jñānam uktaḥ — is said to be the knowing of sweetness alone; iti arthaḥ — this is its meaning.
Now take the second word, 'kevala'. By it the verse means a prema in which one knows only his sweetness. There is no awareness of his greatness mixed in — just the sweetness. That is what 'kevala' means here.
kevala (home meaning: 'only, alone, unmixed'): here it names the pure kind of prema, where the lover tastes Kṛṣṇa's sweetness (mādhurya) alone, with no consciousness of his majesty or greatness (māhātmya / aiśvarya) — the opposite of the first kind, māhātmya-jñāna-yukta.

rūpa-guṇa-līlādīnāṁ mādhurya-mātrānubhava-hetutvaṁ kevalatvam ||
rūpa-guṇa-līlā-ādīnāmof his form, qualities, pastimes, and the rest genitive plural; the objects that get experienced
mādhurya-mātra-anubhava-hetutvambeing what causes an experience of their sweetness alone — mādhurya (their sweetness, their charm) and mātra (only that, nothing else mixed in) -hetutvam = the state of being the cause; the abstract that gets equated with kevalatva
kevalatvamthat is what kevala-ness is (kevala = pure, unmixed) the term being defined; predicate of the equation
rūpa-guṇa-līlā-ādīnām — of his form, qualities, pastimes, and so on; mādhurya-mātra-anubhava-hetutvam — being the cause of an experience of their sweetness alone; kevalatvam — is kevala-ness.
Mukunda defines what kevala means here. Kṛṣṇa has his form, his qualities, his pastimes, and so on. When these cause you to taste their sweetness alone — just their charm, with no thought of his greatness mixed in — that is kevala-ness. So kevala prema is love that experiences only the sweetness of Kṛṣṇa's form, qualities, and pastimes, and nothing beyond that.
kevala: ordinarily 'sole, mere, only'; here a technical name for the pure kind of prema — love that tastes Kṛṣṇa's sweetness by itself, unmixed with any awareness of his majesty (the other kind, māhātmya-jñāna-yukta). mādhurya: 'sweetness' — his intimate charm, set against aiśvarya, his greatness or power.
