alaukika-padārthānām — of the transcendental things; īdṛśī — such; acintyā — inconceivable; śaktiḥ — is the power
The transcendental objects of devotion carry an inconceivable power. That power is of a special kind. The next line says exactly what it does.
alaukika: 'not worldly' — here it names the objects that stir bhakti (the Deity form, the Bhāgavata, a devotee, the holy name, Mathurā), whose potency is above ordinary cause and effect.

This power does something remarkable. In a single stroke it lights up the devotional feeling and, at the same time, the one that feeling is for — Kṛṣṇa. Both arise together, not one after the other.
bhāva: the first awakening of divine love; tad-viṣaya: its 'object,' i.e. Kṛṣṇa. The claim is that both dawn simultaneously — the point the commentators will defend.

Jīva first fixes the referent. 'Transcendental things' means 'those five' — the five limbs of devotion under discussion, and the context tells us which five. Then he shows each one at work in scripture, quoting five passages: the child-form entering the mind and giving the divine goal; the Bhāgavata's opening 'dharmaḥ projjhita…'; the Lord captured in the heart the instant one hears; release for the wanderer; the uttered name of Viṣṇu turning the mind to him; and perfection from the mere touch of Mathurā. His reason for the whole list: the same power is seen in all five alike.
Why cited: Five proof texts adduced together to show that each of the five limbs of devotion — the Deity form, the Bhāgavata, hearing/the Lord in the heart, the holy name, and Mathurā — displays this one inconceivable, simultaneous power.

Mukunda presses the point with the five example verses. Take the line, 'the very moment that person came near, my mind stopped delighting in home.' Here the feeling and its object seem to strike together. But on my two-step account, how could feeling and its object rise at the very same time? That should be impossible.
The 'five beginning sveṣām' is Jīva's cover-label for the pañcaka of example verses (the group introduced at 1.2.238 as 'this fivefold set'); the quoted line is drawn from 1.2.241, cited as the hard case where feeling and object appear at once.

In answer, Rūpa gives the verse. And 'transcendental things' here just means 'the five limbs of devotion.' It is their inconceivable power — not ordinary cause and effect — that lets feeling and its object dawn together, which is exactly what the objection said could not happen.

Finally Viśvanātha unpacks the second line. 'The feeling' is bhāva; 'its object' is Kṛṣṇa, the one that feeling rests on. And 'together' he glosses as 'at one and the same time' — a single moment. So the power reveals both the feeling and Kṛṣṇa at once. That is the whole point the objection challenged, and the five proofs settle it.
